Fundraising Policy

A certain number of volunteer and fundraising activities are scheduled throughout the year.  The list below represents our annual events; additional events may be added.

Raffle ticket sales (Oct-Nov) 1 book per member and 2 books per competitive swimmer Mandatory

Christmas trees sales at Canadian Tire in December 

Encouraged for all

Mandatory for Competitive

Fun Meets - Timing and recording

Job participation is encouraged

Home Meet - Timing, officiating, food prep & distribution, set up and clean up.

Mandatory if your child is participating

Swim A Thon - March 

Participation encouraged for all registered swimmers

Second Raffle if needed (May-June)
