Our Senior 2 group will fine tune competitive skills and technique and train for meets outside the region and/or province.Swimmers will create short and long term goals for the season. Physical, mental,and nutritional knowledge implemented throughout their swim program further develops their overall health and wellbeing.
For our returning Seniors - a new kind of schedule for a new kind of Senior group:
Offering swimmers the option to pick the morning that works best for them. Choose based on personal schedules or personal goals: Tuesdays: Freestyle & Backstroke focus, Wednesdays: Butterfly & Breaststroke focus, Thursdays: IM focus. And yes, swimmers, you can change each session.
