50 Back
100 Back (have to be under 1:00 50 back)
50 Breast (have to be legal - swimmers can ask their coach)
50 Kick
100 Breast (coach approval)
50 Free
100 Free (have to be under 1:00 50 free)
200 IM (Juniors only – coach approval)
100 IM (have to be legal, or close to - swimmers can ask their coach)

Junior 2-3s + Seniors will be entered into 200 Free (stroke), 200 IM + 1 event of their choice
