Annual Regional Training Camp

We’re thrilled to announce this year’s Regional Training Camp, open to all competitive Juniors and Seniors! This is one of the best training opportunities of the year, designed to help swimmers kick off their 2025 season with a strong start. Swimmers who attend this camp consistently show significant improvements in speed and technique, making it an excellent lead-up to our Home Meet and championship events.
What to Expect:
- Special Guests: A weekend visit from an Olympian (for the full camp!) and two of BC’s top coaches, who will work with swimmers from our team, Quesnel, and Prince George.
- Comprehensive Training: Multiple pool sessions, including underwater video analysis, focused on technical skills and race development.
- Classroom Learning: Engaging sessions on topics to help swimmers build knowledge and confidence.
- Extras: Two lunches and a camp t-shirt included!
Cost: Approx. $150 per swimmer, thanks to the generous sponsorship of Do More Promotional, which helps keep this event affordable.
